Tooltipy “eating” letters around highlighted word

Hi again,

I have found some issue if a word is highlighted, the other letters and symbols around the highlighted word complete disappear.

So if I have the word “do” in the database and write “Hello, how are you doing?” the sentense becomes “Hello, how are you do“. The letters “ing?” just disappear since the word is highlighted.

In the version before, the word was highlighted, but all letters remained intact.
