Yes, indeed, the extension Explanatory dictionary is not compatible with another plugin called WordPress Tooltips and I do not just delete it, since its bubbles contain absolutely everything (add text, image, link, video, radio in tooltips, add tooltips in gallery).
And I do not just delete your plugin also, what should I do in such a situation of incompatibility between two plugins very important for me because both have a rich dictionary.
