Toothy support

Hi, I have the free version at the moment which is going well. I have sent multiple requests via email and contact forms for advice and upgrade possibility over the last few months but do not ever get a response. I have two questions 1. Is there any support for the free versions? 2. If I upgrade to the paid version do I get responses for my queries or is there a lack of support even in the paid versions?
