Where can I see the widget on your site? I can see the tracking take place successfully which you’ve confirmed in the backend as well. Is it just the one in the Homepage where you have popular posts?

Can you check what the settings are in there – are there any other post types?

Are you able to check what queries display here: https://webberzone.com/support/knowledgebase/debugging-with-query-monitor/

Yes it’s just on the homepage under “Popular Posts”. The backend seems to be working just fine. It’s just not updating on the front end.

I installed the query monitor plugin. I’m not sure what I am looking for. But here is a screen shot. Also I’m getting PHP errors when triggered during an Ajax request. Would that be connected?

Are these the only queries you see for Plugin Top 10 as you have there? If so then there might be some caching still there.

Can you please double check the cache setting. Also you can try to remove and then add back the widget in the homepage so that a new one is created. Keep an eye on the settings of the current one.

Hi, I ended up deleting it and then added it back to the homepage and it seems to work now.

    Thank you!
