    <p>Installed it and ten minutes later was able to start working on documentation for a large website. Completely well integrated with WordPress, very clear, logical backend and still very many design options.</p>
    <p>Even though the free version will be enough for many – the pro version continues with additional, useful features like the instant answer makes the whole thing perfect.</p>

    <p>We experienced a problem, of course on weekend. Our whole service area was suddenly not approachable. Within shortest time we had support and the problem was solved.</p>
