Top admin bar missing and thrive content builder not working

  • I added the thrive content builder plug-in and it wouldn’t work. Thrive tried to help, but it wouldn’t work. Thrive said my top admin bar is missing and getting some help from www.ads-software.com might fix the problem. Since adding the plug-in, when I create a new page, it gives a 404 error. Any help would be great as I’d like to be able to use the plug-in I purchased. I use genesis and AgentPress Pro theme. Thanks much

  • Try disabling your plugins one by one and see if the persist or not

    Actually, this has been tried. I now think that when I save a draft page, it doesn’t recognize it as a page. That may be why I am getting a 404 page. I think it may be linked to my permalinks or something.

    Changed your theme to default themes and then activated your theme ? If changing theme solves the issue then I guess you need to look into your permalinks
