Top bar

    I am running Academia Child Theme and need to create a top bar, which I have done but it sits below the main navigation and I want it to sit above at the very top of the page. Can you advise please?
    Additionally, whilst I have put the email address in the bar I wish to change the font to match the rest of the website and the spacing (so ti sits in the middle of the bar). Please can you also assist on this?

    Also, what is top drawer in the academia theme>
