Top bar disappeared after update to 1.0.4

    Hey Mike,

    That is weird, are there any errors appearing in your browser console? I made a modification where the bar should show up straight away, instead of after every element of the page has fully loaded.

    If you have an URL to your site then that would be very helpful.

    Hey Mike,

    I just came across this issue on another site where the plugin is used. It should be fixed in version 1.0.5 of the plugin!
