Top Bar – disappears on blog post entries

Hi, I am having difficulty setting the Top Bar so that it doesn’t disappear when I go into a blog post. I believe I am missing a place to allow it to be transparent (all the top bar text is white as I have an image throughout the rest of the site that goes as the full background). I can’t seem to find where to set it specifically for posts. Thanks in advance
