Top Bar error when putting in email

The error means there is an issue with the data that is submitted. Can you please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and share with us any errors listed there?

Can you please test using a different email address that you have not added to your MailChimp account before this?

Tested with a different email. Same “oops something went wrong” response.

Hi,

Please go to MailChimp for WP > Mailchimp, and click the “Renew Mailchimp lists” button.

Once the latest lists are synced in, go to the TopBar settings, make sure the correct list is still selected and click save.

Let me know if that still doesn’t fix the issue.

Can you please try creating a new API key and testing again?

The top bar stills shows the error, but the log shows: — Nothing here. Which means there are no errors!

Strange!

I notice this JS error that seems to be related to the issue: Uncaught TypeError: can’t access property “removeChild”, p.parentNode is null

Can you make sure both the top bar add-on and the mc4wp core plugin are up to date?
