I just updated woocommerce and WordPress so I am not sure which one is the culprit, but after doing these updates, the info in my top bar disappeared. The info was important (shows open times, phone number ect) The info is all still there when I look at the settings, but not showing on the front end? Any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @colourcascadefabrics,

Have you created a backup, so that you can restore the previous version of your site and then run the two updates individually?

If you do not have a backup, you can rollback the WordPress version using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-downgrade/ and the WooCommerce version using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/. I suggest creating a backup though, in case something goes wrong while downgrading the WordPress and WooCommerce software.

If the problem is caused by WordPress, please report the problem directly via https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/. If the problem is caused by WooCommerce, then please report it here again together with a screenshot that shows the top bar, you’re referring to and a copy of your site’s system status report. You can find that via WooCommerce → Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hey @colourcascadefabrics

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
