Top Bar went away

    markdriscoll.org I currently have the popover disabled so that it doesn’t stop the topbar from showing up.

    I can see the top bar on your site correctly. Please remember if you already subscribed or closed your bar, you will not see it again for X number of days. If you want to test it, open your site in Incognito or Private browsing mode.

    It goes away if I turn on my popover and you subscribe to the popover which is to a different list.
