Top Commentator- Where is the Widget?

I need help on this too. I unziped the php and uploaded it to my server. I activated the plugin on my WordPress control panel. But nothing shows up in my side bar. There isn’t a widget that I can see to drag into place where I want.

What to do? Please help, thanks in advance:)
