Top Countries counting issue

    Hello

    I am using WP Statistics version 12.1.3

    From some time notice that the Top Countries Count stopped counting visits in all countries except the values related to United States.
    I do not want to believe that there was not one visitor from any other countries that visited my site.
    Can someone help me with this problem?

    6 Italy 85

    8 Netherlands 71

    Hi,

    Do you use any Cache plugin on your WordPress?
    Actually cache plugins prevent WP Statistics to log the visits,
    But we are trying to fix this issue if you even use a cache plugin
    So please wait about 1 month , We will consider that
    You can temporary disable the cache plugin to log the visits
    if you have any other problem related to this support request, Please change the status of this request to “not resolved”
