Top edit menu/tool bar partially hidden

    Within the last month something went wrong on the editing screen. On longer posts, the top editing menu/tool bar now disappears as I get go farther down the page until it completely disappears. This means that every time I want to insert a header or a photo, I have to scroll all the way up to the top of the page to get the menu/toolbar to show up. It behaves this way whether I am creating a new post or editing an old one. This is a totally new problem and VERY irritating since I regularly write 5,000 word posts with a dozen or more photos.

    I’m using the classic editor in Windows 10.I have “Enable full-height editor and distraction-free functionality” checked, but the side menus are visible. Aside from the top menu/tool bar disappearing as I scroll down the page, everything looks and works exactly the way it did the last time I posted.

    What is causing this and how do I fix it?
