To customize the footer, please follow these simple steps:
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to “Appearance” in the left-hand menu.
- Click on “Widgets” from the Appearance sub-menu.
- Look for the “Footer Widget” section: You should see a designated widget area for your footer.
- Adjust the Footer Widget Columns (if available): Depending on your theme, you might have the option to change the number of columns in the footer. You can select the desired column layout for your footer.
- Edit the content of the Footer Widget: Now, you can add or edit content in each footer widget. Look for the text widget area and add your single piece of text there.
- Save your changes: Once you’ve made the desired modifications, make sure to click “Save” to apply the changes to your footer.
Using “Appearance -> Widgets,” you can effortlessly customize your footer and make it exactly how you want it to be.
