The forms can be themed individually, so corporate identity features are easily retained. Use shortcodes to add forms to wherever you need them. You also have a choice between inline placement, pop-up, scrollbox or top bar placement.

Uploads can be saved to your database along with form data.
Send confirmation mails to yourself, to your user and any third party of your choice. Use HTML, attach files to mail, use placeholders to customize text.
Control what happens next after submission (redirection, stay on form … )
Include payment (PayPal, Stripe) to your need.
An edit window to hook in JavaScript to several steps of form handling is included with FormMaker backend.

Advanced users may add queries to store the input data in any local or remote database table.

If you purchase another add-on your users will be able to interrupt filling in the form and save it to continue later.
