    My website is https://www.coopell.com – when I visit the website, the home page responds as it should with the header at the top and associated menu buttons displaying just fine. However, when I go to any of the individual pages, the header and menu buttons disappear. This wasn’t the case before. Your help is very much appreciated.

    I’m sorry mark, I don’t follow.

    @farius546 and @mark.l

    Please see what I said above: clear your cache from inside the caching plugins you’re using.

    I do not follow too :), WP Super Cache, I do not have it in my website. Do I have to install it and use it? Basically Top Bar should work even using cache I guess, shouldn’t it?

    No, that’s not what I said. I told farius to clear the cache from WP Supercache because I saw he’s using it.

    I don’t know if you’re using a caching plugin, but I said that you should clear the cache in case you are using one. Can you post a link to your website?

    vldaff, I went into the WP Supercache plugin and cleared the cache – now there are no header or menu buttons at the top – you can see this at my website coopell.com

    Do it again please. If this doesn’t fix it please send an admin account for me at vlad[at]athemes.com so I can see what’s wrong.

    Ok just added you as an admin vlad you should receive an email with your password. I cleared the cache inside WP Supercache but I still do not see the header or menu buttons. Let me know if you have any questions – thanks for your help.

    Alright. I discovered the issue. This only happens if you don’t have a header image and your menu is set to display below the header image. I’ve set it to be displayed above the header image (makes no difference in your case since you don’t have an image) and now it’s working.

    Thanks for letting me know about this, it will be fixed in the next theme version.

    If anybody else is experiencing the same issue, go to Customize > Menu, check the checkbox you see there, save and exit the Customizer.
