Top Header Bar Problem with Polylang

How do you add the top header bar, thanks to the Theme Options, or in which way?

In fact to translate the Theme Options, you need to create a wpml-config.xml that Polylang supports. You need only the admin-text part, see: https://polylang.wordpress.com/documentation/documentation-for-developers/the-wpml-language-configuration-file/

You are lucky since in a recent topic, we have found the key name option of this theme: hb_highend_option and the name of the other option_name.

I just want to ask something, in this way do we create alternative theme options? Because there is only one now and we can’t make multi languages. Am I right?
