Top menu

  • Hi support team

    I’m using twenty fifteen theme on 2 sites (one for Chinese version and another for English version.

    When I check the English version website on mobile device and found that the top menu is not working (but the Chinese version website is normal).

    And I’ve tried to re-install the theme and check again, the top menu still not working.

    Would you please suggest how to fix this problem.

    (the version is WordPress 6.4.2 and theme version is 3.6

    Hi @phillisw1 – that definitely seems a little odd. I do see that the site has some kind of minification of Javascript in place (probably through a performance plugin). If you try disabling that – does it make any difference?

    I disabled 1 of the plugin and the problem has fixed.
