Top menu and submenu

    I have an issue with the menu in my wordpress. I use KOKORO lite free theme. Can I have 2 menus at the top left screen? Also, Why can’t I click on the submenu? When my cursor is on the top menu, I can see the submenu. But when I move the cursor towards the submenu, the submenu disappears. Any solution to this please???
