Top Menu Doesn't Work in Mobile

  • I had the same issue but I resolved it by copying the file named “js” and its contents from the parent theme to the child theme.

    Matt here is spot on. I ran into the same issue myself on a child-theme. Issue was resolved by coping the whole folder named “JS” to the root of the child-theme.
