    i think i posted in wrong place orig. Hopefully i’m in the theme of customizr now….

    I have managed to resize my logo and have it’s placement at the top.
    The nav items are now below the logo but not centered and I can see the outline of the nav bar How can I get the menu items to be centered under my logo and the outline of the box to not show? Also the facebook icon, youtube and rss icons i would like moved to same line but positioned to the right of the menu items

    I used this code in my child to get the new large logo to be centered at top.
    /* logo
    .brand.span3 {
    width:100%;
    }*/

    my website is https://www.mystldj.com

    Thank you

  • Can I suggest you update to 3.2.1 as there are some new core features around the Header which may be quicker to implement than trying to fix 3.1.24.

    Instead of:

    /* logo
    .brand.span3 {
    width:100%;
    }*/

    it should be

    /* logo */
    .brand.span3 {
    width:100%;
    }

    sorry it is actually like your suggestion.. i moved the */ to the end just cuz I thought I would mess something up on the forum, sorry.

    this is copied from my child file:
    /* logo */
    .brand.span3 {
    width:100%;
    }

    but still need to get the menu below the logo to center thanks ??

    what am I to update 3.2.1 I thought I had the most recent of this word press so i am not sure what exactly to update. Thanks

    I found the thread and d/l it. however when i tried to install it in appearance, themes, add new theme it failed and I got this message….

    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosoraweb125/b1165/ipw.mystldjc/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/

    Theme install failed.

    also, I am using custom theme if that matters …my home page is static

    Because it’s not yet been released for automatic update, you have to replace the contents of wp-content/themes/customizr with the zip contents, being careful to completely replace the contents and not leaving any straggling files.

    If not confident, wait for the automatic update.

    Ok to be sure… can I just delete the entire folder of customizr and then upload the new one after orig has been deleted?

    Thanks
