    Hi,

Unfortunately the top Nav menu does not show in Opera. Any help with this? I never noticed this before I employed the theme as I thought the top menu had been disengaged in the demo – then I started using Chrome, Firefox and Safari to check.

It’s not a plugin related as far as I am aware as the same problem is seen when viewing:
    https://harmonicdemo.wordpress.com/2011/07/07/the-city-tour/
    in Opera vs Firefox etc.

    Any ideas?

Hi there – I just looked at the above post on the Harmonic demo in Opera 27 with Windows 8.1, Windows 7, and Mac Yosemite (10.1X) but the top navigation menu appears correctly in all my tests.

Could you please let me know exactly what version of Opera you’re using, and what operating system? If you’re not sure please visit https://supportdetails.com/ Thanks!

Thanks, éamonn! Would you be able to update your version of Opera to something more current? I just tested Opera 27 and Windows XP and the top menu appears fine.

    Hello !

I have the same problem. A member on my website (on Beta version for the moment : https://respawn.splatoon.fr) told me that my menu-bar don’t work on the Opera 12 browser (+ Windows 7). So I have download the latest version, and it’s true.

I’m also using the Harmonic theme, and I’m not understanding how to fix that problem.

PS : sorry for my bad english, I’m french.

Bonjour! Opera is currently at version 27 (28 in development) so version 12 is quite out of date.

When I view the site with version 27 and Windows 7 the top menu displays fine. Could you ask your member to update their version of Opera to the latest version?

What version of Opera did you download? Does the menu display or not work in some other way? Could you please describe exactly what does not work as you expect?

I download Opera from the official website (https://www.opera.com) and, as you can see, they named it “Opera 12.10” : https://imageshack.com/a/img901/6186/EwYOpM.jpg

Maybe they called the development version “27”, but we have Opera “12.XX”

    :-/

    Well, I don’t know what to do ! ??

I tried to update from within Opera 12.17 and the prog told me all was up-to-date; but I downloaded it using Firefox browser, ran .exe file and installed it. It is now up-to-date running Opera 27 and the menu is visible. Doesn’t bode well for Opera really!

Thanks again Kathryn – feel a bit stupid really seeing as Opera was to blame!

Bligivi – try following hoyorkney’s instructions above.

    Hello !

My member don’t want to fix his version. He hate the new interface…

I have tested my website on the Opera browsers on my University (on Linux machine), and it doesn’t work too. I hate thinking that +5% of people can’t see my website as they should. :'(

There is no solution ? I can’t find the problem on the source code… :'(

( thanks for taking time to answer me ?? )

Unfortunately we won’t be able to troubleshoot for a version of Opera that old. Perhaps your member could use a current version of Chrome or Firefox instead? ??

    Hoo ! Nice website (browserhappy) ! ^^
I will put a announcement on mine with that link. Thanks ??

    Awesome! ??

    Hello everyone,

I seem to have problems opening the mini menu bar icon on mobile devices and reduced size screens.
Here is a link to the site: https://www.kovacserika.com/

What can I modify to avoid this problem?

Thank you so much in advance!
