    New to WP and WP-Forge.

When creating a Dropdown link within the admin panel there is a box that allows you to choose the link target option. Has this option been disabled for some reason? I navigated to the top dropdown menu and enabled that option so that field would appear within the custom link section but it’s still not available to set within the admin panel.

Goal: is to set the top navigation dropdown link so that the link will target the same window or tab.

Hey there sorry for the delay in responding.

I believe what you are referring to has nothing to do with the theme. It is in fact part of the WordPress back end itself and is located in the Appearance>Menus

In the upper right hand corner of Appearance>Menus is a tab that says Screen Options. When you click on that, a portion of the screen will scroll down and you will see the option for “Link Target”. Click the check box thene click the screen options tab.

Now when you create a link of any kind, you have the option to “Open link in a new window/tab”

Hope this is what you were looking for. Again this has nothing whatsoever to do with the theme.
