Hi Jose, the recommended featured-image dimensions for Scrawl are at least 2000 by 1500.

If you’re still having issues with featured images after verifying that your images meet that minimum, could you provide a link to a post where I can see the cropping so I can take a look? Thanks!

    Hi

I have replaced the featured image with another one now 2601 by 1817 and it is still being cropped.

Do I have to tweak any settings?

Thanks for the link. Featured images in Scrawl automatically adjust to fit the browser window. Because of this technique, it’s not possible to control exaclty what portion of the image is displayed, since it varies depending on the user’s window size.

If you require your featured images to remain at a fixed size, you might want to look for a theme that does not use the background-size: cover; property in the CSS for featured images.
