Top of page hidden by dashboard toolbar

    I cannot access the settings or the “three dots” icon at the top because they are hidden underneath the dashboard toolbar. Also a Gutenberg tips box appears near the top left side. But when I click on “See next tip”, the box moves upward and is partly hidden by the toolbar, so I cannot view the next tip. Please help this Gutenberg newbie.

    Problem solved… a Chrome add-on was causing the issue. I removed it and now all is well.
