Top of sidebar sticks, then scrolls

For some reason, the top of my sidebar is now sticking until I approach the bottom of the container, then it unsticks. It used to be the opposite, where the bottom of the sidebar would stick once I scrolled to that point, which is the behavior in the example page.

Any ideas why this reversal?
