top products widget in highest ratings order?

    Hello there, and thanks a lot for an excellent plugin and for your support here.
    I Have a question about the top products widget. Is it meant to show the top products in order? I mean, should it show the highest rated products at the top?
    My list of top products is ordered by date, from newest posts down. Not at all considering the ratings. Is this general?
    Could it be an incompatibility with my theme?
    IF SO, please recommend a theme that works best with the widget as we are most interested in this.
