top right bar visible widgets

I have a question: I see that is enabled on the theme settings widgets on top bar.
The question is, I added widgets, but do not see anything on any page.
What I wish is that you can place the widget login with ajax in that area.
Or did not I understand. Please give me an orientation on how to use this feature.
How I can make it not so then a login button at the top right on the page (all)?
