top section no margin : cannot edit

Hi, I have a section on top of my page, and the page has a fixed menu. this top section has no margin (I like to have no margin) between the fixed menu and the section. the problem is that I cannot edit this section because the hover edit button displays under the fixed menu. That problem has already occured on other situations with various fixed menu. know what I mean ? could you add a right click context menu for handling this kind of situation ? or may be display the edit bar below the top section border?
