top tab showing site name twice

i dont know what i originally did to make it like this, but it has bothered me for awhile. my site is prommainsider.com. on the top tab it always says pro mma insider and then the page name and it looks terribe. on the home page, it says the title twice. i just want it to say the page it is on and not have pro mma insider on every page. can anyone offer a tip as to how to correct this? thanks
