Topbar not showing on mobile

  • Hi!

    – I added a menu, and assigned it to topbar

    – I set the topbar to be shown on desktop and mobile

    On desktop, all is well. The topbar and menu are shown.

    On mobile, no topbar is shown at all ??

    However, if I assign social media to mobile topbar, the topbar is shown … but without menu ??

    Please advise.

  • Hi Alex,

    I would recommend to inspect your pages and write some css rules in the custom css setting of the live customizer.

    Why should do that? It seems to be a bug, or not?

    When I activate features in the themes’s customizer, I can expect them to work, or not?

    When I set the topbar to be shown on mobile, it should appear.

    If this is a feature only available in the PRO version, they should tell that.

    But again, the topbar showing on mobile only when I assign social media buttons – this indicates (at least for me) that it is a bug…

    Hello,
    same here : top bar not showing on mobile. It’s only showing social icons when assigned, but not menu assigned to the top bar.
    It’s OK on desktop but not on mobile.
    I have the Pro version too
