    I’ve seen people posting requests to have posts from the forum modified/deleted.

    I was wondering if it’s possible to ask the same for a trac entry (or at least, erasing some identifying content) since it uses the same user credentials as this forum?

    You can update (yourself) the summary (I.E. title) of trac tickets.

    Trac ticket descriptions can only be edited by trac admins or people with ticket modify permissions.

    That said, we do not encourage the modification of either forum posts or any other posted content, and lately have clarified the rules around this (particularly for the forum) as frankly it’s been getting out of hand.

    The core devs do sometimes read this and *may* agree to do something depending on the issue, but I can’t promise anything.

    I simply wish for the removal of my URL from my one and only trac post. Anything else in the ticket may be kept as is ??

    However, I do understand your point. Thank you for clarifying your stance on this issue and I will simply hope that the core devs may find the time and will to do this small favor of mine.
