topic posting rules

    Hi,

    Sorry if this has been asked but I have searched the forum.

    I am using the “topic/reply form” item 10 “Topic posting rules” it works fine on a desktop but when using a smartphone the box does not shrink to the size of the phone. Everything else does. any ides on how to fix ?

    I am using Version 3.9.6 and the twentytwelve theme
