[topic-title] in Subject Not Working

    Hi,

    I have a reply email subject of
    [reply-forum]: [topic-title]

    However, the [topic-title] element is not working, it just comes in as [topic-title].
    I also have it in the body of the email and it works fine here.
    Any ideas what is going wrong?

    I’ve added support for [topic-title], [topic-author], and [topic-author-email] tags in the reply subject in 1.15.7.
