    Hi @akash-khurana ,

One of our developers took a look today, but this isn’t something we’ve been able to reproduce. Can you share a screenshot of exactly what you’re viewing in the front end that shows the lesson completed? We want to better understand what you’re using there (e.g. an LD lesson table, a grid, a Group Leader report, etc.). That will help us trace what you’re seeing.

Still, our module would fire for completion of topics by users in the front end, whereas a manual assignment approval wouldn’t trigger it. Regardless, we’re not understand the deviation you see, and that’s why we’re hoping to get more context.

If you are a Toolkit Pro user, it would definitely help if you could log a support ticket on our site, as it may be a situation where access to the site would be useful if we can’t reproduce the inconsistency.

    Hello,
After checking a lot i found the issue is occurring on the duplicated courses.
I tried deactivating all plugin & switching to default theme too.

    See this video:

Hi @akash-khurana , our team reviewed your video but said they need to better understand exactly how you’re duplicating courses. What plugin are you using and what steps are you taking during the duplication and configuration? Thanks

Sorry @akash-khurana , I ran this by our developers again, we can’t reproduce it and we want to better understand what’s happening. Is there any chance you could check your PHP error log and/or send it to us on our website? It may be better to move the discussion there, as I think we’ll need the error log and possibly temporary site access to proceed with the investigation.
