TopShop is TopNotch

I download a bunch of themes as I figured it was time for a fresh look. I have tinkered with well over 50 themes, but none could compare visually to the one I was using.

I found TopShop, it was a fee or lite version that I downloaded. The authors contact us form says “Please Note: Theme & Plugin support queries will not be answered via this form, unless it is urgent. Thanks!”

As any impatient person would, I contacted them through the submission form, the next morning (probably a huge time zone difference) they got back to me with a temporary work around, and promised to get a fix out to me as soon as they could.

This response alone set my decision to purchase the theme, even if I had to permanently use the work around. That afternoon, I bought the theme (I missed the 50% off until themes are posted to WordPress), but that did not matter. I got a great looking theme with ample features and a nice modern look. Plus, I had great customer service as a free/trial end user, that is something I am sure many find non-existent these days.

If the need arises to update my sites look again, I will definitely look to Kaira first!!
