TopShop Theme's Top Bar is Not Working

?Hi, everyone,
I’m setting up a site using the TopShop theme (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/topshop/) and I noticed that when I am editing the site the top bar is visible (https://bloomingdresses.com/wp-content/themes/topshop/upgrade/images/site-header-standard.jpg – the search bar on the top right with “MY ACCOUNT,” “CHECKOUT,” and “BLOG,” on the top left). However, when I view the site normally (https://bloomingdresses.com/) you can see that the top bar is not visible at all. How do I make the top bar visible? I have already tried to make my own top bar (which shows up on the top left) and it did not show up when I viewed the site either. Thanks.
