Topsy 1.2.7 not working on self hosted WP anymore

Topsy stopped working recently. It’s not picking up tweets or placing them as comments in the posts anymore. Was working about 1 month ago without problems.
I have enabled Digg Digg (just to see if it picks up tweets) and it does. e.g.

Anyone know why this might be? I’ve checked the Topsy configuration and it’s pretty simple and looks fine to me.
Thoughts?
