Topup Cashback bonus

I would like give my customers a bonus when they topup their wallet. For instance, if they put $100 into their wallet, an additional $5 is added to the balance making it $105.
I don’t want to offer cashback when they use the wallet, only when they add money to it.

I know I can do this manually, but was just seeing if there was an automated way of doing this.
