TosRUs does not display a video

I can display a video using the Swipebox lightbox, but TosRUs no workie. Need the TOS capabilities, so using Swipebox is not an option.

dFactory does not seem to offer support at the support site link they give us. I’ve logged in and cannot find a way to submit a support issue.
