As a beginner, you may find yourself trying out tons of themes before finding one that suits you. Normally I use advanced wp reset plugin to reset WP back to default mode before I install another theme to try, cos without reset, sometimes the new theme might conflict with the previous theme.

Now, regarding finding a theme that suits you, I would suggest you go take a look at Starter templates plugin, it has lots of themes for you to choose to install. You should be able to find something there – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/astra-sites/
