Total Cache effecting Google Analytics Bounce Rate

Hi everyone,
Got a weird one. Upon installing and activiating total cache, my bounce rate on GA jumps from around 25% to 75%.
What’s also weird is that it did the same when I previously installed Super Cache.
My GA code is actually applied server side – not via WordPress. Any thoughts?
