    Problem:
    4. When I push “Send now” I see message “Total Emails In Queue 0” (https://i.imgur.com/wbKqiR4.png)

    Answers for previous questions:

To understand what exactly causing this issue, can you please check the following:
    1) Are there any tasks that are created by the background process to queue emails? You can find them on the page Tools –> Scheduled Actions by searching with term ‘ig_es_add_subscribers_to_sending_queue‘. You can also directly access the page through URL ‘{{your-site-url}}/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&s=ig_es_add_subscribers_to_sending_queue&action=-1&paged=1&action2=-1‘ in case if you can’t find the page in Tools menu.
    2) The background process needs to make a request back to your website when performing its tasks. To make the request, it needs CURL and Loopback requests to be enabled and working correctly. In the site’s health report(accessible through Tools –> Site Health ), can you please check if there aren’t any errors/warnings related to CURL or Loopback requests on your site.
    3) Have you enabled password protection for your site using htaccess or similar methods e.g. a visitor needs to enter a username and password before he/she can see the site?

    Hi @sapozhnik,

I am really sorry for the inconvenience.

To avoid blocking of emails by hosting provider, by default Email Subscribers sends only 30 emails when you click on the “Send now” button. Also, there is a limit of max 300 emails per hours. These limits are ideal for most of the cases.

But since you need to send emails to more number of subscribers than the default allowed limit, you can increase it by changing the values of ‘Maximum emails to send in an hour‘ and ‘Maximum emails to send at once‘ fields inside the Email Sending section on the Email Subscribers’ settings page. https://imgur.com/a/cAXRGvq

Also, you can contact your hosting provider which can help you in deciding what would be the email sending limit for your website.

Hope this helps you. Let us know if the issue isn’t resolved even after increasing the limit or you need any further help in resolving the issue.

Thanks for your reply but I think my problem isn’t connected with limit of sending email.
I sent only 25 email every half of hour (https://i.imgur.com/b1lFBvj.png)
I have a lot of subscribers (they are my neighbors) but I send email only ones per month.

    Hi @sapozhnik,

    Thanks for your response.

Also thank you for sharing the settings screenshots with us.

Since emails can be sent both automatically(by WordPress Cron) and manually(by clicking the ‘Send now‘ button on the reports page), it may be possible when you are manually sending the emails, the current hourly limit of 25 emails may have already been used by the WordPress cron. That could be the possible reason why you are getting 0 emails message when you are manually sending the emails. If you need to send emails only by manual mode, then you can disable the WordPress cron by turning on the ‘Disable WordPress Cron‘ switch in the plugin settings. https://imgur.com/a/v7rv9fM

Also since you need to send only 25 emails in every half hour, increasing the hourly limit to 50 or more should resolve the issue. You can set it from the ‘Maximum emails to send in an hour‘ field on the setting page.

Hope this would be helpful for you. Let us know if the issue still persists after increasing the hour limit.
