Total HTTPs support

It should be noted that slowly the web is moving toward https for increased security and privacy. Google is even beginning to rank sites (although low metric at the moment) based on https support (or not).

I recently switched from IntenseDebate (liked it) due to no ongoing development and IntenseDebate totally went whacky when I switched a site to https from http. Disqus does work but it seems the browsers are noting insecure objects when enabled and not when disabled.

Now perhaps it is another issue but ideally Disqus should do all communication between WordPress and itself via https (and any other site for that matter).

I admit I haven’t review all the code for Disqus.
