Total not updated

Hi total price is not updated into the carrello.
It has ever worked but not it doesn’t work anymore.

i have lots of product using ppom plug in setting. So for example in this product page

if i choice 3 number of persons, the price should be 43. Instead in the carrello is just 33 because it doesn’t take the additional price.

The strange thing is that if i refresh the page, the price become correct
