    The event has 15 spots. Already 10 kids will come.

    But your plug-in said: 4 seats available. In my opinion is 15-10= 5 places.

    Whats going wrong here?

    Thanks for your message. We have a Reserved seat option in the ticket type configure section. Can you please check that option? I guess you set 1 seat reserved, and that’s why it’s showing the count like that. If the reserved seat is 0 then i request you to please open a support ticket on our PRO support forum. The dedicated support team will assist you to fix the issue quickly
