Total price not changing

  • Hi, interested in buying this plugin but testing via free version is producing issues.

    I am using Botiga theme and none of the pricing related functionality is working (tried turning off all oter plugins). Ticking a component does not affect “Total Price” at all, this just shows the price of the main product. Furthermore, adding everything to cart and trying to checkout has all the selections included but the total is STILL wrong i..e just the amount for the main product. Also, clicking “back” from the checkout page breaks the browser (Edge) page with all sorts of warnings about:

    Refresh to resubmit the data needed to load this page.
    ERR_CACHE_MISS

    etc etc which will ofcourse scare off visitors

    Some assisstance would be most appreciated

    Hi cath88,

    If you choose the “Only base price” method, the total won’t change any how.

    If the prices are correct on the composite product page and only incorrect once the composite is added to the cart, it means our plugin is conflicting with something outside of our plugin.
