Hi, I’m using WordPress 4.4.1, bpost shipping 1.0.23 and WooCommerce Ogone Payment Gateway 1.7.0.

When an order takes place, on the admin panel, I can see the order and an extra item is added for BPost shipping (e.g. 4€) but the total price remains the same.
When checking out, after the shipping manager iframe closes, I get redirected to the ogone page, but there the total price stays the same as without shipping cost.

    e.g.: Name | cost | qty | total
    The_item | €46,00 | 1 | €46,00
    bpost – home or office | | | €4,00

    Discount [?]: €0,00
    Shipping [?]: €0,00
    Order Total: €46,00
    Refunded: -€0,00

    What could be wrong?

Can you send us the URL of your site please.

Hi, I’m a fellow developer with Thomas (tstubbe).

    The site is https://www.imaginjewels.com

We fixed it for now by manually updating the meta values (order total and shipping cost) in the database by executing simple queries, but of course this is not the way to do it.

    Thanks, we’re on it.

Exactly the same problem for me.
    Wordpress 4.4.2
    Woocommerce 2.5.2
    bpost shipping: 1.1.0
    Payment Gateway: MultiSafePay

The shipping cost remains 0,00 on the order.

Everything is ok in the bpost frame, I see the right amount for shipping but it is not sent back to the order.

    Could you help me ?

    Thanks in advance,

    David

Hello, same problem here. It worked before but after upgrading wordpress to 4.2 and the plugin to 1.1.0 the shipping cost is no longer transfered to the order.

Curl request are valid in the logs and pricing is being transfered from the shipping manager They are just not integrated in the order.
